Monthly active users (MAU) is the number of unique users within your billing cycle. We offer a tiered pricing model because active users generate substantial load on our servers. Note, in our no-code integration MAU is not applicable.
Monthly attributed revenue (MAR) is newly attributed revenue within your billing cycle.
Monthly tracked revenue (MTR) is the total revenue within a rolling 30-day window. MTR stands for monthly tracked revenue. This includes paid subscriptions, renewals, and one-time purchases. Relevant only on the Free plan.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use WinWinKit until the end of your billing period. After that, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
