These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and WinWinKit (“WinWinKit,” “we” and “us”). Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. What is WinWinKit?

WinWinKit is a platforms for creating referral programs for mobile apps. You can access WinWinKit through our web app.

WinWinKit is owned and operated by Osta Ventures ApS.

By signing up for WinWinKit, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Billing

WinWinKit operates as a subscription model where you pay for what you use.

Free Plan

We offer 100 free referral from the moment you create a project. Usage beyond the free referrals will be counted towards your billing cycle.

Recurring Payments

To continue using WinWinKit beyond the free referrals you will be required to enter payment details and start subscription.
Payments will be charged at the start of each billing cycle, usually start of the month.

Cancellation

To cancel your plan, first of all you need to remove all integrations made from your app to WinWinKit. Once there is no interaction between your app and our services, you will be billed for the unpaid use if any. After that your project can be fully deactivated and removed.

Refunds

WinWinKit is pay-for-what-you-use only platform and we do not offer refunds.

We keep your data for as long as you have a registered account. If you want to delete your account, please contact us and we will be able to remove the account and all relevant information within 30 days.

Privacy and data security

We take your privacy and data protection seriously. We only collect the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services and improve your experience.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security, as risks such as cyberattacks or other external threats exist.

By using WinWinKit, you acknowledge that no online service is completely risk-free, and you agree to use WinWinKit at your own discretion.
