Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services and applications (the “Services”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and WinWinKit (“WinWinKit,” “we” and “us”). Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy.
What is WinWinKit?
WinWinKit is a platform for affiliate and referral marketing in mobile apps. You can access WinWinKit through our web app.
WinWinKit is owned and operated by Osta Ventures ApS.
By signing up for WinWinKit, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Billing
WinWinKit operates as a subscription model with multiple plan tiers: Free, Starter, Essential, and Scale. You can start for free and scale as you grow.
Free Plan
The Free plan provides limited access to WinWinKit, including up to 5 promo codes, up to 3 rewards, and 2 team members. The Referrals, Affiliates, and API features are not available on the Free plan. You can set up a public sign-up form to recruit affiliates, and upgrade when you’re ready to start working with them.
Paid Plans
To access the Affiliates, Referrals, and higher usage limits, you will be required to subscribe to one of our paid plans (Starter, Essential, or Scale) and enter payment details. Higher-tier plans include additional features and expanded limits. You will be notified when you are approaching your plan limits and will have the option to upgrade before reaching them. Exceeding your plan limits may result in reduced functionality.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use WinWinKit until the end of your billing period. After that, you will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Refunds
If you’re unhappy with the service, we do offer refunds — just reach out to us at support@winwinkit.com and we’ll help you out. Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription at any time, after which you won’t be charged again.
We keep your data for as long as you have a registered account. If you want to delete your account, please contact us and we will be able to remove the account and all relevant information within 30 days.
Privacy and data security
We take your privacy and data protection seriously. We only collect the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services and improve your experience.

Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security, as risks such as cyberattacks or other external threats exist.
By using WinWinKit, you acknowledge that no online service is completely risk-free, and you agree to use WinWinKit at your own discretion.
